Forged in New Orleans, a city defined by its existential climate stakes, my approach treats constraints not as liabilities, but as operational parameters. I convert high-level policy to system performance, translating goals into actionable technical standards. Resilience must scale.
My work translates ecological complexity, social equity indicators, and risk data into resilient frameworks, ensuring that organizational strategies are environmentally accountable, ethical, and operationally resilient.
Process
My process is systematic and adaptable. I can audit your existing policies and goals, select an appropriate framework, benchmark performance against those metrics, and report results in an easily understandable format.
Experience and Expertise
For over 15 years, I’ve taken massive, complex resilience frameworks and translated them into real performance. My entire career is dedicated to bridging the gap between high-level policy and ground-level performance.
I’ve spent over a decade aligning multi-jurisdictional goals with hard operational realities. In New Orleans, that meant facilitating post-Katrina recovery initiatives and successfully negotiating with the Army Corps of Engineers to get large shade trees planted directly into a primary French Quarter levee. In Charlotte, it meant authoring the city's green infrastructure framework to hardcode pollution-removal metrics straight into the street design DNA.
I build defensive, data-driven systems that work. This background provides the exact mix of bureaucratic navigation and technical grit needed to scale environmental impacts and infrastructure resilience across complex, high-stakes organizations.
